Mail-only service is available at a cost of $75.00 per month.
Mail plus voice is available at a cost of $150.00 per month.
Virtual Office clients may access our conference rooms.

Included in your monthly rent is the following:

• A live operator to answer your phone, Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.
• 24-hour voice mail capability for easy message retrieval and phone transfer in evenings.
• Pre-assigned phone numbers that can be connected within 24 hours (long distance calls are at an extra cost and will be billed monthly on your Virtual Office invoice).
• Weekly mail forwarding for out-of-town tenants, if necessary (tenant pays postage plus 20%).
• License hang.

Available services at an added charge:

• Secretarial service as follows:
  • $25/hr for general secretarial and
  • $35/hr for desktop publishing, flyers, etc.
• Copy machine usage at $0.12 per copy (all sizes) over usage.
• Incoming and outgoing fax usage at a cost of $1 per page.
• UPS, Federal Express, and postage at cost plus 20%.
